NEET exam will be held twice? Ministry of Health and Education will discuss again (indicative picture)
Discussions are about to start once again about conducting the Medical Entrance Exam (NEET) exam twice a year. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education will discuss about this again. However, no consensus has been reached in this matter so far. But it is expected that a decision will be taken on this soon. Last year, there was a discussion about this under the leadership of former Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. There is a growing demand for conducting Medical Entrance Test (NEET) twice a year.
Director General of National Testing Agency, Vineet Joshi has also said about this that the talk of conducting medical entrance several times a year is not over yet. No concrete basis has been found for conducting the examination twice. But there is a possibility that from the next academic year or even from the year 2022, NEET may be conducted twice a year.
How many times will NEET exam be held in 2022?
NEET exam is conducted in pen and paper mode i.e. offline mode for admission to medical colleges. The discussion about NEET exam has been going on for a long time. The students are also hoping that the verdict in this matter should be pronounced by this year. Information about when the next meeting will be held regarding this matter has not been received at the moment.

At present, the NEET 2022 exam will be held twice or once it may have to wait a bit. NEET Exam 2022 dates have not been announced. But it is being speculated that NTA may soon release the NEET 2022 entrance exam date. Candidates can check the updates from time to time on the official website of NTA to appear for this exam. NTA declared the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 result on November 1. The exam was held on 12 September.
