Magadh University: The famous Magadh University of Bihar and Keio University of Japan have decided to work together. For this, an MoU was signed online between Magadh University and Indo-Japan Laboratory, Keio University, Japan (India-Japan Laboratory, Keio University) on Thursday.
A meeting was held between the two universities through video conferencing. The MoU was signed by Prof. Rajeev Shah, Director, Keio University and Dr. Jitendra Kumar, Registrar of Magadh University. To give a new dimension to academic activities, the two universities have thought of working together.

Giving information about this meeting, Vice Chancellor of MU Magadh University Prof. Rajendra Prasad said that this agreement will not only exchange knowledge and intellectual property between the two countries but also promote cultural values. Also told that India and Japan have faced different types of natural and humanized disasters. In such a situation, there will be an exchange of ways and policies to deal with them. He further said that in today’s time there is a need for study, teaching and innovation at the global level and for that the MoU between Magadh University and India Japan Laboratory, Keio University will prove to be a milestone.
The agreement was reached between the Prime Ministers of the two countries
Vice Chancellor Dr. Rajiv Shah said that Keio University, established in 1858, has given Japan many Prime Ministers and many successful Managing Directors of the industry as well as many industrialists. The whole of India is proud of this. At the same time, he told that there was an agreement between Prime Minister of India PM Modi and Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe that between India and Japan, knowledge science, intellectual property, technology and many points will be shared. Please tell that at present, 34 thousand students are studying in various faculties in Keio University.
