Maharashtra Commissioner for Education Suraj Mandhare has given a clarification on his order. education Department (Maharashtra School Education Department) has said that only those schools in the state will open on Sundays and holidays in the month of April, where the syllabus has not been completed yet. To compensate for the corona period in the month of April, the order for full-time education in schools and cancellation of all holidays was issued by Maharashtra Education Commissioner Suraj Mandre on Monday. Today (Tuesday, March 29) he has given his clarification on this order. This year, summer vacations will be cut in schools, Sundays will also have to go to school in the month of April, this news ruined the holiday planning of many students and parents. After being locked in homes during the Corona period for two years, many people had planned to go out on holidays. People had also got tickets. In such a situation, the order of the Education Commissioner of the state on Monday had ruined their vacation plan. But now their cleanliness has also come and people have breathed a sigh of relief.
Holidays for the month of May will also continue, no change is heavy
Similarly, school holidays will continue in the month of May as well. No changes have been made by the administration in them. Schools where the next session is to start from the month of June, their May holiday schedule will not change.
In the clarification of his order, the education commissioner said, explaining the matter
Keeping his clarification in this whole matter, the Education Commissioner said, ‘The schools which have not been able to complete the syllabus during the COVID period should not face any inconvenience, so instructions were given to start the school during the holidays of April. In schools which have completed the syllabus, there is no need to cancel the holidays without any reason. Similarly, no such instruction was given regarding starting the school in the month of May and the next session will also start from mid-June. In such a situation, there is no loss of holidays of the students. Therefore, understand the instructions of the Education Department properly.
