KVS Admission 2021-22: The admission process in Kendriya Vidyalaya has started from Thursday. Applications for the first class are being filled online. For this, you have to go to KVS site and register online and read the complete information correctly. The registration process will run till 19 April.

Keep this document ready

First child’s birth certificate should be ready for admission in the first class. This certificate should be from a recognized institute only. Like Municipal Corporation

– Grandchildren of MP or PSU employee will have to present their certificate of relationship for the application. Similarly, this rule will also be applicable to KVS employees.

-If the student is from SC, ST, EWS, BPL or OBC category, then his certificate

– Parents can apply their certificate at the time of application, but the child’s certificate will be compulsory within three months of admission.

-Certification in case the child is disabled. However, if the disability of the child is clear, then a certificate will not be required.

How to apply

1. First of all go to KVS website kvsangathan.nic.in.

2. Click on KVS Admission Portal Class I in the announcements section on the home page.

3. After this portal opens, click on Click here to register.

4. Read all the open guidelines on the new page carefully.

5. After this, the New Registration Form will open. Please read it carefully and submit it.

6. Remember that the information should be filled only in English. Any information cannot be corrected later. Therefore, fill it only after checking it properly.

7. After registering, you will be able to fill the application form.

Keep them ready to save time

– A valid mobile number and valid email ID with Indian SIM card

– Scanned digital photo of the child, whose size is not more than 256kb. Jpeg file only

– Scan copy of the child’s birth certificate. Size 256kb, format JPEG or PDF

-Other government certificates and transfer details of parents. Scan copy of all

These steps will fill the form in a pinch

– After registering, write the login code found carefully somewhere.

In one form, you can fill the option of maximum three schools.

After the application form is submitted, you will get an application submission code, which is different from the Login Code. Take care of it

To fill the application form successfully, you have to fill both 5a and 5b forms. Just filling one will not fill the form.

-If you have not received the application submission code, then KVS has not reached your application.

-You will get OTP for application submission. So always fill your own mobile number. Not neighbors, relatives or cyber cafes.

There is also a save button in the form, through which you can save your information so that after completing it, you can fill the form.

-If you have filled the wrong information, then you can cancel it. For this you will have an OTP.
