The director of IIT Bombay, Professor Subhasish Choudhary himself, has revealed the secret which was not revealed till now. He has shared a data on his Facebook wall. This IIT Admissions is related to. In these figures, it has been told that how many students from which state of India have got admission in IIT this year. In this, Rajasthan has established the kingdom. That is, the maximum number of students who got admission in IIT in 2022 have been from Rajasthan.

How many students got admission in IIT from which state?
JEE Advanced Exam 2022 was conducted by IIT Bombay. Now its director Prof Subhasis Chaudhary has released these figures. Sharing this data, he wrote- ‘After successfully conducting JEE Advanced 2022, the responsibility of JEE Advanced 2023 has been handed over to IIT Guwahati. If we talk about the success rate, even then Rajasthan is at number one in the country. 15 percent of the students from Rajasthan who appeared in the JEE Advanced exam got admission in IITs. However, the IIT success rate of Chandigarh was also around 15 percent. From here 765 students took the exam and 120 got admission.
In terms of IIT success rate, Uttar Pradesh has been second, Maharashtra third, Telangana fourth, Andhra Pradesh fifth and Madhya Pradesh sixth. At the same time, the success rate of most of the states and union territories was between 8 and 10 percent.
A total of 272 students from abroad had registered for JEE Advanced 2022. Of these, 21 have got admission. Whereas a total of 1,59,766 students from India had registered. After qualifying, 16,614 of these students have got admission in IITs.
