The Allahabad High Court has given such a decision while hearing a case. The case of a candidate getting Anukampa Naukri came up in the High Court of Railways. Complaint was made that the person who got the Sarkari Job on compassionate grounds is not taking care of his family and dependents.
The family members of the person who was given a job in the Railways on compassionate grounds had filed a petition in the High Court. Other members of the family, including Sudha Sharma, said in the petition that ‘his father was an employee in the Railways. He died while on the job. After which a member of the family was given a job on compassionate grounds.
“The job was given on the assurance that she would take care of other dependents of her family,” the petition said. But she went back on her promise. He refused to take care of the family members. While there is an old man among the family members.

Hearing this petition in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, Justice Pankaj Bhatia said that ‘Government gives compassionate job to an eligible dependent (husband / wife / child) of the family so that he can take care of himself and the rest of the family. . If suddenly any calamity comes, then he can overcome it.
While pronouncing the verdict, the court said that ‘the person who has been appointed on Anukampa, if he is not fulfilling the interests of all the dependents, then the government can take back his job.’ At present, in the present case, the court has ordered the Railways to take an appropriate decision within three months. This matter is under North Central Railway, Prayagraj. They also have to take the decision.
