IBPS Prog Assistant: How much salary will you get?
Those who get the job of Programming Assistant in the bank through IBPS will get salary as per Grade B. According to the notice issued on ibps.in, your basic pay will be 25 thousand rupees per month. According to the initial pay scale, you will get around Rs 47,043 per month. Apart from this, other benefits including PF, medical facilities, LTC, newspaper bill, canteen subsidy, gratuity, superannuation will be given as per the rules. Including all these, your annual CTC will be Rs 9 lakh.

IBPS Programming Assistant Selection Process
First there will be short listing of applications. Then there will be an online test of 90 minutes. After this interview will be taken. A total of 100 questions carrying 100 marks will be asked from Aptitude and Professional Knowledge in the written test. There will be 50-50 questions of 50-50 marks from both the subjects. The language of the exam will be English. There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
Those who qualify the written will be called for interview immediately after the online exam. All these processes will be completed in a single day.
