IB Recruitment 2023: pass 10th Government Job There is good news for the youths who are looking for The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a notification for the recruitment of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/EXE) and Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/GEN) vacancies. Candidates can check the notification released on the official website mha.gov.in or ncs.gov.in. The process of application will start from 28 January 2023.
A total of 1675 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment process. Candidates must read the released notification before applying. Candidates should keep in mind that only applications made as per the rules will be accepted.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit
It is mandatory for the candidates applying for these posts to have passed 10th examination from any recognized board. The age of the applying candidate should be between 18 years to 25 years. On the other hand, for Security Assistant posts, the age of the applicant should not be more than 27 years. In the maximum age limit, 3 years relaxation has been given to OBC candidates and 5 years to SC and ST candidates.

Selection Process
Applicants will be selected in three phases. Tier-1 Exam, Tier-2 Exam and Interview. Successful candidates in Tier 1 will be eligible for Tier 2 exam. And the successful candidates in Tier 2 will be called for interview. Final selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in interview. Tier 1 exam will be conducted in online mode and will be MCQ based. The question paper will be divided into 5 parts consisting of 20 questions of 1 mark each. There will be minus marking of 1/4th number for each wrong answer.
