In view of the cold in Uttarakhand, the Director General of Education has taken a big decision. All schools in the state will remain closed till 15 January 2023. As per the order, all educational institutions will have to follow the guidelines issued by the state government.
School closed in UP
School holidays have been extended in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Noida district administration has extended the school holidays till January 14 to protect it from the increasing cold and cold wave. At the same time, time has been changed for the students of class 9th to 12th. Schools from class 1 to class 8 in Ghaziabad will now remain closed till January 11. Along with this, schools up to class 8 in Lucknow have been ordered to be closed till January 14.
Outbreak of cold in Bihar
In Bihar also, in view of the cold wave, it has been decided to keep the schools closed. There is an order to keep schools closed till January 14, 2023 in many districts including the capital Patna. As per the order, both government and private schools up to class 10th will remain closed.
Scary cold wave in Jharkhand
Due to the dreaded cold wave, all the primary schools of Jharkhand will remain closed till January 14. It has been decided to close all classes from KG to 5th in government, non-government and private schools in Jharkhand. From January 16 i.e. Monday, all the schools will run regularly. School teachers and education staff will do their work by being present in the school and will do online data entry.
