To apply in B.Sc Basic, you should have a minimum of 45 percent marks. Also have studied Physics, Biology and Chemistry subjects. One can apply for two years regular course in B.Sc Post Basic. But the applicant must have passed GNM (Career In Nursing in India). Whereas for B.Sc distance, 12th, GNM pass and 2 years work experience should be there. Candidates can also enroll in the B.Sc program conducted by the Indian Armed Forces. For this, Military Nursing Service (MNS) conducts the entrance exam.
How much salary can I get?
Candidates with B.Sc degree can do Master of Science in Nursing course for post graduation course. Or a doctoral course can also be done (Career Opportunities in Nursing Education). For this a master’s degree is necessary. After doing these courses one can get job in both private and government sector. You can get the job of Staff Nurse, Industrial Nurse or Military Nurse according to the course of your choice. Initially, an annual salary package of about two lakh rupees is available. At the same time, according to the experience, it also keeps increasing.
