MBBS Pakistan India news in hindi: If you study medicine from Pakistan then you will not be called a doctor in India. Your degree will not be valid here. The National Medical Commission has issued a notice in this regard.

Pakistan MBBS BDS degree validity in India: If you are planning to go abroad to study medicine, then be careful. National Medical Commission for Medical Education (National Medical Commission) has issued necessary warnings. This alert is especially for those students who are planning to take MBBS or BDS degree from Pakistan. If you study medical from Pakistan (Medical Education Pakistan), then you will not get a job in India. Neither will you ever be able to practice medicine in India nor will you be considered a doctor here.

NMC released notification

Actually, Pakistan’s medical degree has been declared illegal in India. If any Indian or a citizen of India residing abroad, if he does MBBS, BDS or any other parallel medical course from a medical college in Pakistan, then his degree will not exist in India. In this regard, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has Notification has also been issued.

Can’t even give FMGE

According to the notice released on the NMC website nmc.org.in, such candidates will also not be eligible to appear for the FMGE exam. This exam is taken for those who study medicine from abroad, after passing which they get a license for medical practice in India.

December 2018 is the cut-off date

This new rule will not apply to those candidates who have enrolled in a degree college or institution in Pakistan before December 2018. Or from this date till now those who have taken admission with security clearance from the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

Apart from this, such migrants and their children who have obtained a medical degree from Pakistan but have now got Indian citizenship, will be eligible to give FMGE or NEXT exam. Also you will be able to get a job. For this, they will have to take security clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

UGC and AICTE have also issued warnings

Before the National Medical Commission, the University Grants Commission i.e. UGC and AICTE have also issued warnings in this regard. According to this, any degree taken by Indian students from any college or university in Pakistan will not be valid in India.
