The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has invited applications for 2,500 virtual internships through The Urban Learning Internship Program (TULIP). The council said that on the basis of their performance, interns will be paid monthly stipend of up to Rs 12,000. Students who want to do internship can apply by going to the official website internship.aicte-india.org.
Second and third year diplomas and graduation students who have good communication skills can apply for this internship. The last date for submission of application form is 10 May.

Classes will start in all technical institutes from September 15
The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) said that classes for first year students in all technical institutes of the country will start by 15 September 2021. Also, new guidelines have been issued regarding payment of fees and receiving complaints. AICTE said in its academic calendar for the session 2021-22 that the first round of counseling for admission to technical programs (eg engineering) will have to be completed by 31 August. The second round of counseling for the allocation of seats will be completed by September 9.
