The Bar Council of India has postponed the All India Bar Examination 16. Earlier this exam was to be held on 25 April. The revised date of this exam will be released soon on the official website allindiabarexamination.com. The last date of registration for the AIBE exam has also been extended. The last date of registration for this exam has been extended to 30 April. The last date of first registration was 31 March.

Let us tell you that the Bar Council of India had already told in a notice that the exam date can be changed. The BCA had clarified, “In case of unavoidable circumstances, the said examination date may be extended further. In case of any change in the dates of examination, no fees of the candidates will be refunded. ”

As per the new guidelines issued by the BCI, candidates appearing in AIBE XVI 2021 will not be allowed to carry books, notes or study material in the examination hall. However, students can take Bare Acts without notes.

What is All India Bar Examination
The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national level law examination. After completing law studies in India, it is necessary to pass this exam to practice. Graduate students have to take this exam in the field of law. Apart from this, final year students can also appear in this examination. This exam is conducted at the national level.

Earlier, All India Bar Examination XV (AIBE-XV) was organized on 24 January 2021. This test was conducted in 52 cities across the country. For this, the examination was conducted at 140 centers, in which around 1,20,000 advocates were involved.

How to apply
To apply for All India Bar Exam, first of all go to the official website of All India Bar Exam allindiabarexamination.com. Click on the link for Registration (AIBE-XVI) on the home page here. You will be asked to register by clicking on this link. Here you can register with the help of mobile number and email ID. After registration, the online application form (AIBE Application Form) can be filled.
