Most of the ash is used to make fly ash bricks. Therefore, the Ministry of Power issued an advisory regarding the auction of fly ash through a transparent bidding process. According to the Ministry of Power, it has been directed that power plants will always auction fly ash through a transparent bidding process. For this purpose, the Ministry has issued an advisory on 22 September 2021. This will reduce the electricity rates and reduce the burden on the consumers.
Free on ‘first come first served’ basis
The power plants will provide fly ash to the end users only through a transparent bidding process. If some quantity of fly ash remains after the bid/auction, then only as an option it can be given free of cost on ‘first come first serve’ basis. But the user agency will have to bear the cost of its transportation.
Ash Brick Making Project Cost
According to the report prepared by KVIC, the business of fly ash bricks will start at Rs 20.30 lakh. You should have your own land in this. The equipment will cost Rs 8.55 lakh. It will cost Rs 6 lakh to build the workshed. Also, Rs 5.75 lakh is required as working capital. The total project cost was Rs 20,30,000.
How much will fly ash bricks be produced?
According to the report, 50000 bricks will be made annually from the fly ash bricks plant. It will cost Rs 34,75,700 annually to make 5 lakh bricks.
It has been told in the project that the sale of 5 lakh bricks will generate an income of Rs 40 lakh. After deducting all the expenses in this, your net profit will be Rs 4.90 lakh i.e. your earning in the month will be more than Rs 34,000.
