This survey was done under the Lost and Found Index 2022.
The list of items released in this index also included things like bags, groceries, thermos, water bottles and phone chargers. Not only this, people also forget things like sweets, flute, Aadhar card, dumbbell, cricket bat, spike guard and necessary documents.

Regarding lost luggage, Nitish Bhushan, Central Operational Director, Uber India, says that often Uber customers forget their luggage, which they have the option of getting back. They can get their luggage by contacting the driver again, but if any luggage is lost, Uber or the driver will not be responsible for it. Drivers also work under an independent contractor with Uber.
What to do if luggage is lost?
The survey revealed that people often leave their luggage more in the cabs between 1 pm and 3 pm. But the question is if you forget your belongings then what are the options left with you. First of all, you can talk to the driver by calling him, if he has luggage in his car then you can make a request. Apart from this, you can also register your complaint by visiting customer care. You can also send voicemail through the app.
