    Tata Nexon EV and Tigor EV Price Expensive in India, Check Latest Prices of Both Here

    Tata Nexon Ev Tigor Price Hike: The prices of both the electric cars have increased by Rs 25,000 equally.

    The Indian manufacturer has increased the prices of its other two electric cars in the line-up – Nexon EV and Tigor EV. The prices of both the electric cars have increased by Rs 25,000 uniformly.

    It is barely a week since Tata Motors launched the new Nexon EV Max, an SUV with a bigger battery and wider range. Now, the Indian manufacturer has increased the prices of its other two electric cars in the line-up – Nexon EV and Tigor EV. The prices of both the electric cars have increased by Rs 25,000 uniformly. Earlier, the company had also increased the prices of its other models Safari, Punch, Altroz, Harrier, Tiago and Tiago NRG.

    The Nexon EV now starts at Rs 14.79 lakh and the Tigor EV is priced at Rs 12.49 lakh. The former is available in five trim levels, XM, XM Plus, XZ Plus, XZ Plus Dark Edition and ZX Plus Lux Dark Edition. The Tigor EV is available in four variants – XE, XM, XZ Plus and XZ Plus dual-tone.

    Talking about the mechanical details of the car, the Nexon EV gets a massive 30.2 kWh battery that generates 127 bhp and 245 Nm of torque. It can cover a distance of 312 km on a single charge. The Tigor EV is powered by a small 26 kWh battery that generates 73 bhp and 170 Nm of torque and can cover a distance of 306 km on a single charge.

    When it comes to their dimensions, both the Nexon EV and the Tigor EV can measure the same length at 3993 mm. But the former gets a longer wheelbase at 2498 mm as compared to the 2450 mm longer wheelbase of the latter. The Nexon EV also gets a bigger boot space of 350-litres as compared to the 316-litre boot space on the Tigor EV. But both can easily seat 5 people inside the cabin.
