In India specifically, the company says that it has received around 60,000 bookings for the subcompact SUV.
Features of the Nissan Magnite
Two petrol engine options are available in the Magnite. Its 1.0-litre turbo engine gives power of around 97 bhp and peak torque of 160 Nm. There is also a 1.0-litre unit that makes 71 bhp power and 96 Nm of torque. The SUV comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox while there is also a CVT option with the more powerful engine.
In terms of body colours, the Magnites are offered in five single-tone and three dual-tone hues. The ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of the Magnite Turbo engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission is 20 kmpl. The CVT option gives a mileage of 17.7 kmpl.
Nissan launched its smallest crossover SUV, the Magnite, in India in December 2020. This SUV comes with many features and four variants. The Nissan Magnite price in India ranges from Rs. 5.59 Lakh to Rs. 10 Lakh (ex-showroom).
