Toyota Kirloskar Motor has recorded the highest monthly sales in June 2025 so far. The company sold a total of 28,869 units this month, which is 5% higher than in June last year. In June 2024, the company sold 19,608 units. Out of this, 27,474 units were domestic sales and 1,722 units were exported.
The June sales not only made the month special, but also the first six months sales from January to June of 2025 were very strong. During this period, Toyota sold 1,50,250 units, which is 47% more than the 1,02,371 units sold at the same time of 2024.
Big advantage from MPV and SUV vehicles
The major reason for this growth of Toyota is the ever -increasing demand for its MPV and SUV models. These vehicles are playing an important role in the company's strategy. As popular models like Innova Hycross and Fortuner are constantly selling well, the company's access is increasing with the help of new models.
Urban Cruiser Taisor became a hit
Another special vehicle was Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor, which is doubling every month. This train comes in the compact SUV segment and has 1.0L turbo-petrol, 1.2L petrol and E-CG options. Now focus is growing out of metro cities
Toyota is now increasing its network outside the metro cities, especially in Tier-2 cities and rural areas.
