JSW Mg Motor India has increased the prices of some of its portfolio cars in July 2025, which includes 7-seater Mg Hector Plus. The company has increased the prices of all variants of this SUV, which has now become expensive by Rs 30,400. The price increase in the price is about 1.37%.

However, despite the increase in this price, no mechanical changes have been made in the SUV. The same two engine options are still available in the Hector Plus. First, a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, which gives a power of 143 horsepower and is accompanied by a 6-speed manual and CVT automatic gearbox option. At the same time, the second option is 2.0-liter FCA-Sourced Diesel Engine, which generates 170hp power and with it only 6-speed manual transmission is available.

Features and interior

The Hector Plus has many premium features that make it a family-friendly and technology-equipment SUV. It now has a 14-inch large infotainment system that supports wireless Android auto and Apple CarPlay. Along with this, strong features like a 7-inch digital driver display, ventilated front seats, and multi-caller ambient lighting are also available.

The SUV can be purchased in both 6-seater and 7-seater formats. Its cabin comes in dual-tone eargills brown and black theme, which gives a premium feel with leather-ripped steering and ladyrate seats.

The new price of 1.5-liter turbo petrol manual variant Select Pro 7s has been increased to Rs 19,35,800. The new price of Sharp Pro 6S has been Rs 21,90,400. Sharp Pro 7S is priced at Rs 21,90,400. The 1.5-liter Turbo Petrol CVT Automatic Select Pro 7S variant is priced at Rs 20,63,000. Sharp Pro 6S is priced at Rs 23,16,600. Sharp Pro 7S is 23,16,600 rupees.

Safety features

There has been no compromise in the Heator Plus in terms of security. It has features like 6 airbags, adas features, EBD with ABS, ESC (Electronic Stability Control) and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). Cruise control, power adjustable driver seat, panoramic sunroof, electric parking brake, and speed sensing auto door lock have high-end features in select pro and smart pro variants.
